I felt like I was at home. The house is charming & in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything I needed, its spacious, & clean.. the landlord was super nice & easy to work with throughout the entire process from beginning to end. I will stay here if Im ever back working in the area.

New Orleans Oasis

LOVELY, unique property away from the hustle and bustle of downtown New Orleans. Safe, quiet neighborhood near Lake Pontchartrain, City Park, and U of New Orleans with a variety of affordable activities and great seafood restaurants near the lake. Very safe for single women. Verdant front garden with peaceful sitting area. All basic services within walking distance. Recently renovated unit with new water fixtures and furniture. Water supply and pressure were great! Fully equipped kitchen with compact washer/dryer. Reliable, secure wifi. Brand new SMART TV. Wood floors and tasteful Asian artwork. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and fresh, clean linens. Owner is very helpful and always available for contact, yet unobtrusive. Excellent value as it includes utilities. I've been a vacation property renter for over 10 years...goodbye airbnb! This will always be my go-to place in New Orleans. I live overseas but you can ask owner for my email address.
