This apartment is the epitome of good taste in furnishings and comfortable living...accurately represented by the photos. If you love the beauty and fresh air of country living, you have found your place. The location is tranquil yet in close proximity to area beaches, restaurants, Route 1, Portsmouth, Yorkand the grocery store is only 12 minutes away! Phil & Lynn are very gracious and promptly responsive to your questions or needs. I was so pleased with my experience that when my time is up soon, two of my relatives will be occupying the space. Im certain their time here will be equally satisfying. Dont hesitate!

Home Away From Home Accomodations

I am a Traveling Contract employee and stayed here while I was employed in the area. Flawlessly presented, it places you in the heart of everything the city has to offer, 15 minute or less from excellent restaurants, amenities.. The apartment itself is a secluded private haven.This well-appointed apartment is presented in a beautiful and tastefully decorated condition with nothing else needing to be done, except move in!If you are lucky enough to get a chance to rent this amazing apartment, grab it before someone does. We want to take this time to thank them for our home away from home.

Beautiful, quiet , friendly and wonderful

A lovely apartment, with absolutely everything one would need. It is extremely comfortable with a great layout. Lynn and Phil are wonderful, kind people. Phil was extremely helpful with local history and Lynn was so helpful, giving me a heads up when the deer or foxes were out so I could try to get some good photos. Sitting out on the patio after a day of work was pure joy.
