Lovely unit, but completely uninvolved (yet somehow micro-managing & creepy) management.

The unit was cute & spacious. However, the landlord was constantly checking the security cameras- example, I received emails within 12 hours about my sister visiting & when my friend checked in on my cats (& brought laundry) while I was out of town. ...Which, the security cameras are needed, as I was interviewed by a homicide detective while living there. I was sent many texts about cleaning & setting up a walk through (apparently required each extension) yet, I NEVER met anyone. The interactions I had were uncomfortable. I felt like a teenage guest with a parent keeping tabs & telling me how to clean (again, never saw the inside of the unit.) I was then charged over the full deposit, 1.5 months after move out, because of "excessive pet hair" "tattered threads" etc - despite keeping all furniture covered while I lived there & cleaning OFTEN. 3.5 years of traveling with cats, and this is by far the WORST place to live. They will screw you. It happened to another tenant too.
