best property and kindest owner

L is the best! I rented last year and had the best time here. The owner L quickly became a close friend because she is so sweet. I had my own private room and bathroom. The kitchen is recently remodeled and very nice. The backyard, community pool, and hot tub are a nice place to go relax. I worked nightshift and the neighborhood is quiet enough to get some sleep during daytime. Grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants are close by. I would recommend living here to anyone! 10/10

Ethan & Juston's Stay with Louise

We want to start off by saying that Louise is the absolute sweetest person you will ever meet - she is the owner of the condo. From day one she has been nothing but amazing and accommodating. She is so welcoming and will make you feel at home right from the start. We really enjoyed our 3 month stay here while we were on our travel nurse assignment at Methodist Hospital in Arcadia. The backyard patio is beautifully designed and a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. We loved having an assigned parking space, large queen bed, large open-concept living with with a fireplace and very nice TV! We went to the beach 2-3 times a week, and found it to be well within driving distance. You can find anything you need in a 5 minute drive, honestly! Above all else, Louise will make your stay like no other. We highly recommend your stay here!
