Spacious Southend Studio with Private Entrance

S is an amazing landlord. She is both very accommodating and very thoughtful. The property is well-kept and beautiful. S is very responsive and takes amazing care of the unit. The bed is extremely comfortable with a nice kitchen and living area. It is in a wonderful area, and very close to everything, including a gym and grocery store. I loved my five-month stay with her and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented!

This is a beautiful newly remodelled basement apartment. It was perfect for me needs as a traveling nurse. It has plenty of storage space, a new king size bed, new kitchen and bath and a new couch and dining room table, and a TV with Netflix. As a basement apartment I was worried about the noise from upstairs, but I heard nothing from upstairs. The unit is extremely quiet. I also had access to a washer and dryer. The owner lives upstairs and is very accommodating and pleasant. She supplied the unit with everything you need, including fresh flowers! I love this place!

This is a beautiful, fully furnished, basement apartment with a private entrance. Fully renovated, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great location to many super markets, downtown and the hospital. Sue was a wonderful landlord, very sweet and accommodating. I definitely felt welcome in her home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyway looking for a place to stay in Burlington!
