Beware
I rented Ginas basement earlier this year. Terrible experience, very stressful. No privacy & was asked to move my car several times. Awaken up several times to let Gina in or move my car! No kitchen supplies. Very unresponsive when I'd have a questions or concerns. Rarely answered texts in appropriate time span. Still waiting on my return of my deposit/last day was 6/28. States shes mailed my refund & still haven't received. She will not change the mailing address. Beware!!

Gina's is the place to be
Living at Gina's was by far the most exciting time I had as a travel nurse. I have never met a more hospitable landlady in my since moving to America. During my time at Gina's I learned so much from her. I have mmet her family and have been a great friend with them ever since If I ever have to get an apartment in New York, it'll be Gina's!!

Cozy Home Away from Home!
G is truly a gem!! I loved this space so much I ended up staying for an additional 6 months. This studio has everything you could need - parking, laundry, fridge/microwave/oven/stove for cooking, comfy bed, and lots of room for storage. And the location is perfect - quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute drive to metro-north train station, proximity to downtown/shopping mall/grocery stores, etc. G is very accomodating, flexible, and quick to respond. She is friendly and understands the nature of being a travel contract employee. She manages a handful of properties and is very good at what she does. If you have the opportunity to rent from her, you'd be more than lucky! Highly recommend reaching out:)
