Kathy is great host. The room is comfortable and great for one person. There is also a sitting area with a large TV I found great to utilize. She leaves space in the refrigerator and pantry for food storage and all of the kitchen utensils and gadgets are in very great condition. She also provides a reserved parking space for your vehicle in front of the domicile. I would recommend this property.

Comfortable and Friendly

The arrangements were very comfortable and Kathy is a very fun and friendly person. She made me feel very at home while I fulfilled my contract 1000 miles from friends and family. Happy to call her a new friend!

Great place, friendly host, centrally located

Kathleen is a great host and her condo is everything a guest could ask for. I never felt like I was in the way or unwelcome. The guest room is clean, parking was plentiful, and her kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Leominster is within 1.5 hours of Boston, multiple ski resorts, and quaint New England towns. There was never any reason to be bored on the weekends. I'm sad to be leaving but I would return in a heartbeat!
