Great spot and great person

I had an awesome couple of months with Kim and Dozer. Very easy going, great location, and I felt like home while I was there. I will miss the food Kim makes, I was eating very good while I lived there. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.

Comfy accommodations with super chill host

My stay with Kim was by far one of the best experiences Ive had! She went above and beyond to make me feel at home from the start. If youre looking for comfortable accommodations and a host more awesome than most, your search ends with this property! If Im ever in the Portland area again I will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed for almost a year

K was a great host, I always felt comfortable in her home. The location is great with an awesome green belt trail behind her house. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! Her dog Dozer is super cute and loving. I would stay at this property again.

Best place ever

I could not have asked for a better living situation. The house is super close to the Old Port where I worked, and I was able to bike the green belt there every day. Living with K and D has also been a pleasure. Probably the easiest, most laid-back arrangement you could hope for when moving into a furnished room. Kim was also very flexible with the dates I stayed, as I ended up staying almost 4 months longer than intended (I really liked it here). The bed in the room is very comfortable and the room has everything you need. This was a very reasonable price for the location and I would stay here longer if I could. A+ stay all around.

Excellent property

I stayed with Kim and Dozer for a travel PT contract and couldnt have had better luck landing this location. The place felt like home quickly and Kim was an excellent host. Very easy to get along with, and Dozer was a great bonus to come home to. The house is in a great location with the bike/walking trail practically in the backyard. The house has everything you need for a week stay or even a few months stay. Maine stole a piece of my heart and Kim, Dozer, and this property played a big role in that!
