10/10 GREAT PERSON, PLACE AND AREA

Hands down the best place I have stayed at!! N is so amazing and so sweet! She really does make it her duty to make sure you feel right at home. She is very easygoing and respects your space. The house was always clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I wish my time there was longer but unfortunately, my assignment got canceled and N was understanding of the situation she was never bitter or weird towards me about leaving early heck she was even trying to connect me with other recruiters just to help where she could. I truly don't have anything bad to say about my time in N home. I gained a great friend!!!

Quiet and nice neighborhood, clean and quiet house!

I was not familiar with the Riverside area and was worried it would be ghetto. I found this and saw a couple decent reviews. They were absolutely spot on! N is the sweetest and most understanding person. It was just the two of us, for the majority of my stay. She made me feel like this was truly my home away from home and became like family. I am a travel nurse and this assignment was working nights. My sleep and peace at home are very important to me. The house was always very clean and quiet. N set up an entire fridge in the garage for tenants. My contract was cancelled unexpectedly, with almost two months left, and she not only understood but also immediately reimbursed an appropriate amount of this months rent without me even asking. I couldnt have asked for better living arrangements, for renting a room! I would stay with N again, if I were ever back in town again!

Beautiful and safe home

I had the best time staying with N this summer. If you are in the Riverside area, I highly recommend you stay with her. N could not have been more welcoming. She made me feel like I was coming home to my own house. Not only is her house beautiful, it is spotless, super comfortable, and in an extremely nice/safe neighborhood. I have grown to really love and care about N. She is a beautiful person and a great friend.

A Home Away From Home

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here while on my travel assignment! First of all, the home was absolutely gorgeous in a safe neighborhood. The host was friendly and provided us with plush beds, lots of closet space, grill for cooking, open access to her two gas kitchens and a nice patio with heated lamps overlooking a well manicured lawn to relax after a hard days work. There is a ball park in walking distance with a spectacular mountain view. Also, it is located at least a mile from Sprouts Farmers Market, Stater Bros Market and other eateries to name a few. You cant go wrong here! This was better than living out of a suitcase in a hotel somewhere and I highly recommend this stay during your next travel assignment.

Best Stay ever!

If you have the ability to stay with Najlaa, take it! She is an absolutely amazing woman, who would basically give the shirt off her back for you! She goes out of the way to make sure your stay is comfortable and wants you to feel as if you're part of her family! She prides herself on keeping a warm, clean and inviting home to all. Absolutely nothing negative can be said. If I'm ever in riverside, I won't hesitate to book again. It was truly a pleasure and I look forward to staying again!

Best Place Ever!

I was working at Kaiser Riverside and stayed with Najlaa for about 6 weeks. I was hesitant living in someone's home at first because I like my space and usually keep to myself. Najlaa's house is now a second home for me. I am so sad to leave. We are family now. She is very clean and the sweetest person you will ever meet. She has 2 cute small dogs who are very friendly. The house is close to so many things and in a very safe area. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. Due to covid many entertainment type things aren't open, but there is a park within walking distance so for fun and exercise I would walk around the neighborhood and the park. Her backyard is also very nice and she has patio furniture. Sometimes I would eat outside because the weather is nice or just do yoga outside. The big takeaway this place is clean, safe, spacious and has the friendliest owner you will ever meet in your life.

Cleanest house in Riverside

Najlaa is an amazing host. Friendly, amazing cook and welcomes you to her home like part of her own family. Cleanest house you will ever walk in. The neighborhood is one of the best in the area; very safe, family friendly, beautiful and quiet. Small community park for walking or running is within walking distance. Located nearby are a lot of shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, coffee shops, and freeways. Najlaa is courteous to your personal needs, space and working hours. I have loved my time here, and built a life-long friend. I highly recommend to any traveling professional.
