Studio in Historic Downtown

S and J were excellent landlords. They were very friendly and welcoming for the duration of our stay. My partner and I both had seasonal jobs and they were very flexible with move-in/out dates. Additionally, they were always very responsive and quick with any questions we had. The place itself is a cute studio that worked perfectly for the two of us. The place came equipped with everything we needed and is located on a quiet street very close to the downtown area. Laundry on site right below our space was super convenient as well! I definitely recommend!

Had a great stay here! Apartment had everything I needed and the landlords are super friendly and helpful. Downtown has lots of nice little cafes and restaurants and is just two blocks away. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for nearly 10 months as I kept renewing my contract at Overlake. Studio is very comfortable and has everything you could need. Very nice neighborhood in the historic district and very green. J and S are super nice and accommodating and always made sure I had everything I needed. 20-25 minute drive to Overlake for day shift. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Prime location for Snohomish, just a few blocks off of Historic Main Street, great landlord. The neighborhood is sweet, old historic homes - nice for getting your quarantine walks in. It has a great layout, was a perfect space for myself. Has ALL of the kitchen amenities you can think of, landlord is very personable and attentive to any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a very cute little apartment with a lot of charm!!! And I didn't mind the landlords one bit either. Great people... James and Suzie were quiet, respectful, and always willing to help if needed. Being a traveler, this was the perfect little apartment with all the right stuff in the cutest little neighborhood!! Super comfy bed too!

Cute and amazing place to live. Within walking distance to downtown Snohomish which has local boutiques, antique, home decor shops, restaurants, local coffee shops, bakery, and ice cream shop. Laundromat super close with plenty of washers, dryers and is clean and safe. Safe and quiet neighborhood with street parking. Suzie and James have been great landlords. They are friendly and welcoming. Receptive if you need anything or if there is something you need as far as amenities in the apartment they may have overlooked. If you are looking for a place I highly recommend living here.
