Modern and close to beach

This property was modern and clean.Thrre is a beautiful stained glass lion on the dining room wall. The landlord was friendly and helpful whenever we needed him

I rented the place for 3 months, close to the beach. The landlord was very nice and helpful. Quick to text back when I had question. The place just right for me and my husband. Very quite. You have a lot of places to go to eat or you can have dinner in the house. I would rent again off of Chris.

Excellent Stay

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and bigger than appears in pictures. Stocked with all needed supplies. Close to everything!! Enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend. The owner is great!!

Great stay!

I stayed in this lovely furnished bungalow for a travel nursing contract. It was a perfect one bedroom one bath with ample space. Very clean and nicely kept. Never heard the neighbors thru the walls (great for night shifters) owned by the nicest landlord, who was very accommodating and always there to help! Would absolutely stay here again! You wont be disappointed!

Pet Friendly Bungalow near the Ocean

We really enjoyed our 2.5 month stay in Bungalow A! This property is in a great location as we could walk to every bar and restaurant on Hampton Beach. We were also only a 4 minute walk to the beach, where we went on daily walks with our dog. I was a traveling dayshift nurse while my fianc worked remotely from home. Pros: -the landlord was quick to responding to messages. He is also very helpful, friendly and accommodating. -the bungalow was newly redecorated and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and appliances -the location was amazing (ie. beach, Wallys, Wok the Wok, Beach Cafe) Cons: -the wifi was slow and spotty (almost daily) for my fianc who was working remotely. -the landlord's girlfriend dropped off her dog during the day and it would bark for hours. Overall, I would recommend this placed to to a traveling professional who needed a pet friendly place!

Great place close to beach!

Comfy and cozy place close to the beach. All the comforts of home. Beautiful patio is a nice place to sit and unwind. The owner, Chris, is very accessible and willing to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
