Lower level 2 BR duplex unit

Highly Recommended!

Hi, We lived here for over a year with our two kids and really enjoyed both the house and the surroundings. The house was comfortable and well maintained, and everything worked well throughout our stay. The location is excellent — accessible yet quiet, with no car noise. The garden, which John takes great care of, is wonderful, and our kids especially enjoyed the berries. The neighborhood is extremely nice, with coffee shops and small local stores nearby, and even neighbor-hosted concerts during the summer. The elementary school (SAP) and preschool were also excellent. Mary and John were always responsive and easy to communicate with, and we felt very well taken care of. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Space, Great Owners

This duplex is the upper level of a 4/2 house. The access between the upstairs unit and downstairs unit has been blocked off and each have their own private entrance. It is one block away from a large field, which is great for owners looking for a place to walk/run. Saint Anthony Park is such a cute neighborhood, as well. Can't tell you how many times we forgot something at the grocery store, or just needed dinner for the night and walked the 1/2 mile (if that) to the main square where a full market and several restaurants are all located. Very convenient. The owners are fantastic, very welcoming. We were new to MN and they quickly offered us options of places to visit, things to do, and made sure we felt at home. They live in the area so are close by if you need anything, but leave you unbothered if not. Wonderful at communicating and maintaining the property. Very clean unit with an oversized washer/dryer and attached single car garage. All you need with a great location.
