Little creek property

I rented from LZ it started out fine then took a turn for the worse. At wk 2 started asking was I renewing my stay/contract, communication started to decline she waited until I was at work to send random texts to avoid talking in person. First issue claimed she forgot to add a cleaning fee with first month then tried to double it, next requested the rent early for (Nov) so she wouldnt have to move funds around, month 2 she wanted me to pay her the final (Dec )and (Jan) rent when the current (Nov) rent early per her request. Finally I explained I wouldnt and not renewing it became very awkward, she avoided any other communication unless it was in a text. The final straw was telling me it would be only in good faith that I pay her a month in advance to validate me staying. I would be very cautious with and get a lease agreement in writing so she doesn't try to come up with something new each month that you are there. No workout equipment available for use. Red flag she's very flighty!
