Great Property
D was great to rent from. Very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The basement unit was quiet, very bright with a lot of windows, and nicely decorated. He provided everything that you would need. The property is close to everything. I would definitely rent from him again.

Rapid City House
This 2 bedroom 1 bath is in the safest neighborhood and is close to Canyon lake park! Its the perfect location and the place is adorable! The landlord is very nice and respectable and I seriously cant say enough good things! If I ever come back, I want to stay here again!

Very nice place to stay
Very nice place to stay. Has everything you need: private entrance, comfortable bed, nice relaxing living room, laundry, full kitchen, hot shower, TV, internet and more. The owners are also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Rapid City!

Wonderful experience!
I cant say enough about the experience I had during my stay as a travel nurse. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures and description. Darren and Kristen are wonderful hosts. It was absolute privacy with just the right amount of checking to see that I didnt need anything. The location is great with plenty of off street parking. If I end up coming back to Rapid City, this would be the first place I would check for availability. Thank you for playing a huge part in making my first travel assignment a great experience!

Very nice place!
This unit was just as described, spacious 2br basement unit, all the appliances worked well, clean unit very comfortable place to stay, washer & dryer right across the hall. The owners were very accommodating and polite, neighborhood was quiet and easy 15min access to Monument Health Hospital and easy to navigate the entire area. I had no issues during the 13weeks I was there. I definitely recommend this rental!

beautiful, comfy, dog friendly!
Gorgeous, comfy, quiet 2-bed apartment, luxurious beds, soft couch, great kitchen and with lovely yard for dogs out back. Homeowners Kristin and Darren are WONDERFUL, relaxed,friendly. They're huge dogpeople....they have 2 fluffy, happy Soft Wheaten Terriers who got along famously with my little 8-pound Maltipom. TEN gold stars, we LOVED it here!
