Limited Privacy
This downstairs unit has some privacy limitations. Although it has its own entrance, it shares the property with a retired couple who are usually home both day and night. The outdoor space feels quite limited (but the view is amazing). Also, not having a full kitchen made the long-term stay more challenging. Please note that the property is located near a Marine Base, so aircraft noise is common in the area.
