Amazing stay!

I couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in during my contract at CCH! Karen made sure the home had everything I needed and was quick to answer any questions I had. The home had everything I needed, even small details like spices/emergency sewing kits that are often missing from rentals but are a huge help! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, I felt totally comfortable walking around the neighborhood. Restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and beaches all within 10 minutes! My cats had a great time watching the wildlife from the sliding glass door facing the backyard! Definitely a great property and a great landlord for your assignment on Cape!

Excellent place to stay on the cape!

I loved staying here during my 3 month travel assignment! When Karen said she had everything you could possibly need, she really meant it. From kitchenware to spices, she had it all. As soon as I moved in, I felt at home and enjoyed the beach/Cape themed decor throughout the house. The neighborhood is quiet. My favorite place to relax on a nice day (besides the beach) was the zero gravity chair in the backyard. The home is very spacious for one person. Since I worked long days, I loved that there is a dishwasher and washer/dryer, both making my life so much easier. It was a very easy commute for me to CCHC, only about 15 minutes. Also Karen was an awesome landlord!! She was so caring from our first phone call until I moved out. She always addressed any questions promptly. I would absolutely rent from Karen and stay at this house again! :)

Perfect!

This house is absolutely perfect! It's quiet and immaculately clean. It's a very safe area for ladies who are traveling alone. K is a thoughful host. She is quick to respond to a question or concern. The queen size bed is exceptionally comfortable. The heat works great. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The yard is big enough for watching the wildlife from the sliding glass doors. A great neighborhood to stroll with walking and biking paths available. Routes 6 and 28 not far away with stores (grocery and retail), many restaurants, pharmacy's, and gas stations. The hosital and outpatient center are 15 minutes away. Several beaches are 10 minutes away or less. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my little dog while working and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfection

What a perfect place to call home during a travel assignment on Cape! The house has every amenity you could possibly need with plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, which you don't think about until you sleep in a bad one. The heat worked great during the winter even when the wind chill created negative temps outside. Neighborhood is quite and you'll be greeted with a gang of turkeys most days, but they never caused problems, except traffic. Haha! My cat loved exploring the back yard with other critters. Neighbors are friendly. Only a 15 minute drive to Cape Cod Health. The grocery store was 2-3 minute drive. Plenty of food options, especially if you love lobster rolls and oysters. The plus of living in "mid Cape" is that you can step on a sandy beach within a 15 minute drive any direction. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I did!

Warm comfortable home in South Yarmouth

My husband and I have stayed multiple times and at different times of the year at this lovely one story home in South Yarmouth. It has a fully furnished basement and large back yard. It sits on a very quiet street with nearby stores, restaurants, and beaches. Every time we go something new has been added including mini split heating/air conditioning units, new appliances, and countertop. K is so lovely to work with and we have known her for years. Whenever we go to Cape Cod we stay at K's home.

Great home for working at Cape Cod Hospital

We loved our stay at this property. About 13 minutes from the hospital. Safe neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. The home is clean and in good condition. Includes full size refrigerator, recliner, multiple TVs, washer/ dryer, wifi (200mbps), multiple window AC units, curbside trash service. The owner is amazing. She is very responsive with any questions and easy to work with. The security deposit was refunded promptly without any issues. We would be happy to return to this property in the future.

Clean and Nice

K was so accommodating and the place was perfectly comfortable, clean and nice. Easy access to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything you would possibly need is right there in the house. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. K was very easy and quick with communication. The house was very clean and kept well. Great location for shopping, food and beaches. No issues with anything. I would highly recommend.

Lovely Home

I loved staying in this lovely home. It has everything you need and more. The owner has all the bases covered for you. I felt safe in this neighborhood as well. The neighbors are friendly. Great location to Cape Cod Hospital, shopping, restaurant. Bike trails close by and hiking trails. Well worth the money. I will definitely be back.
