Lake Front - Kayaking!

For 30+ years I have owned my own business financial consulting business with a home office. I can live and work anywhere and always enjoy a place with a view and a place where I can enjoy nature. This house has both! The basement apartment is perfect for a traveling professional who needs to work out of the home. In my workspace, i had a good view of the lake when looking above my computer. I like this place because I was able to often kayak on Lake Lanier. The nearby coves don't have many motorized boats making it safer for kayaking than the busy part of the lake. My stay was both peaceful and productive for working. The local area has lots of restaurants with healthy food options and nature parks with hiking trails.

Lake house

This property was excellent! Location, cleanliness, response time, easy access. The rental had all the amenities and more. Beautiful view, lovely deck to sit on, parking area, safe. Full kitchen and washer and dryer, so convenient! Very comfortable, quiet, and very peaceful. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Amazing

This property was amazing, safe, quiet, and my landlords (Mrs C*** and A***) was always helpful and always on top of things when needed to be fixed. If I had to rent an apartment again In Cummings it would definitely be their place with no questions asked.

Awesome Place

I loved my stay here and have such fond memories. I would definitely rent again and would recommend to anyone. Its beautifully furnished with anything and everything you need. I love the lake view and being able to sit on the dock was very peaceful. They also have kayaks available for you to use. Its a perfect location with great trails and things to do close by. C and A are so kind and welcoming and truly make you feel at home. They are always available and genuinely make you feel like you are part of the family during your stay.
