Modern in the heart of Austin

Great place!

We stayed with Jeremy for six months. He was super responsive and respectful of our space when he had to come by to fix things or show the property to potential tenants. It's in a great location - a 5-minute walk to Barton Springs and close to great walking and running trails for our dog. You can walk or Lime scooter into downtown with ease, or it's a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about anywhere on the same side of the river. The place is as advertised and had plenty of room for my girlfriend and me to work from home, along with our dog.

Great Location

Can't beat this location in Austin! The condo was perfectly set up for remote work and the owner was super responsive and made our stay wonderful! Would stay again!

LOCATION....LOCATION...LOCATION

You simply cannot get a better location. Quiet yet within walking distance to Zilker Park, hiking trails, and Black's BBQ (as well as other places to eat). The unit is very simply outfitted with very comfortable beds and superb AC (which you need after all of that walking). I would definitely stay here again.

Wish I didn't have to leave!

I cannot recommend this place enough! It was my first time in Austin - my friend and I rented this apartment for 6 weeks - and the location is absolutely perfect for biking around the city. There is a bike lane right outside the door, and it is super close to the trail that runs along the river through town. It's also a short walk to Barton Springs Pool and there is a little market and deli a 2 minute walk away. The place has everything you need to be comfortable, including three different porches. The building is not directly next to the road, so it's peaceful and quiet and all the neighbors I met were friendly. J is the best! You couldn't ask for a kinder person to deal with when renting a place. Do it!
