River Sanctuary

L's place was the perfect quiet getaway after a long day at work. The property and apartment are very well maintained. L was attentive and responsive to any and all of our questions. We felt so at peace in this rental it was the perfect place to spend some winter months.

Terrific people

Stayed here while on a travel nurse assignment in the area. The owners are very nice folks, helpful and kind. Helped me unload my truck upon arrival; cooked me a meal during a snowstorm; even tried to help getting me unstuck after said snowstorm lol. The apartment is clean and exactly as pictured; very warm with radiant heated floors, well insulated and beautiful during the snow/winter months. As it warmed up, the apartment is not air conditioned, so becomes uncomfortable despite windows open and fans on. Probably okay if you sleep at night, but I'm a night shift so sleeping during the day was hot. They are looking in to changing this I believe. Everything you would need is available; L would even change the door hangers for the seasons and that was a very nice touch of home. I would stay here again, especially during the cooler/cold months lol. Thanks for having me.

Beautiful place in a perfect location!

Staying at Ls place is a treat. Its a gorgeous property right on the river(you can swim in it in the summer), perfect location, 20 minutes from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Peaceful and serene. The apartment is set up perfectly with everything you need. I honestly miss the sunrises on the deck because they are incredible! Lisa and Matt are the sweetest people you will ever meet. I loved staying here!
