Great place and landlord

I am late writing this review, but it still stands. I stayed at Myke's unit from 03/11/24-5/31/24, and it was one of the best places I have stayed during my traveling journey. If you have any hesitation of renting from Myke, please don't, Myke was such a wonderful host, and his place is even better. You are walking distance from the beach, there is a lot of natural light, a full kitchen, and for security the building is only accessed with a key. Myke's rental unit truly feels like a home away from home; which is important when traveling. One of the things I appreciated about Myke, was that he is very clear on pricing, instructions, rules, etc. He communicates effectively and honestly, so there is never any question or concern. Another thing I appreciate about Myke. was that I had asked about potentially moving back around September/October, but nothing was set in stone. Myke had an inquiry for the dates we had discussed, and Myke reached out to me to ask if I was still in need of housing prior to renting out his place. That meant so much to me, as he did not have to do that. Myke is thoughtful, caring, quick to respond and resolve any issues, and truly makes sure your stay is comfortable. Again I 100% recommend Myke and his unit.

Perfect Host and Perfect Stay

I stayed at this property from Dec 2021 to May 2022. This property is in a perfect location! I stayed here during a work contract and my drive to the hospital (JSUMC) was 10 minutes tops (PERFECT after a long night shift). Its clean, well maintained, and has all you would need for a cozy stay including a cute balcony to relax during your free time. Its about 2 blocks from the beach if you stay during the warmer months and is close to literally any amenities you would need (Target, Walmart, Starbucks, grocery stores, shopping mall, etc.) Theres a ton of restaurants in the area and a bowling alley/entertainment hangout spot within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and finding parking isnt an issue (may be different for the warmer months since its so close to the beach). ,M is an EXCELLENT host. Hes prompt with communication and he even has a nice welcome bundle put together that gives you tips on things to do and restaurant recommendations in the area. Whether its for work or for leisure I would most definitely stay again.

My home away from home!

Lovely place, great location, albeit Covid came and put a huge damper on everything. Perfect for a travel nurse who wants their own place. Quiet and a short commute to MMC. Myke is a great host!
