Comfortable home, amazing hosts

My wife, a travel nurse, and her mother and I stayed here for 5 months. We were first impressed by the brightness of the home along with the views from the back upper deck. The owners have done an amazing job restoring this home. Two bedrooms and two full baths, very comfortable for the 3 of us. The downstairs bedroom and sitting room (with shower/bathroom) allows for privacy from the upstairs if you need it. House is conveniently located near several grocery stores, I 90 to Mercer Island and Bellevue, and also to downtown. Location was perfect for us. Also a large park is located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood, just a few blocks away. If only I had brought my golf clubs as a course and driving range are adjacent to the park. When the owners are away there is a property manager who is always available should you need her. I felt very fortunate that we stumbled upon this listing and I would gladly stay here again should we return to Seattle.

Beautiful Views, Thoughtful Design, and Genuine Hospitality

My partner and I cherished this home and are so grateful for the time and memories we have here. The home's exceptional attention to detail and thoughtful hosting supplies added sophistication to our stay. The mesmerizing views of the Cascades from the main floor became the perfect backdrop for our daily routines. The well-appointed kitchen, with high-quality cookware and a butchers block countertop, made hosting and cooking a delightful experience. The claw foot bathtub was luxurious. The owners and property manager were genuinely wonderful, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns and showing great pride in their home. With breathtaking views, a well-stocked kitchen, and a convenient location near a golf course and walking park, this retreat truly felt like a haven. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful escape with easy access to nature and city attractions.

Amazing house!

J and N have a lovely home! D who was the property manager was more than helpful when it came to anything we needed or had questions about. The location is excellent and you can walk to Jefferson Park for a variety of activities. Additionally, the light rail is roughly 5-10 min walk if you want to go downtown without a car. Very convenient. It's very hard to find a standalone house in Seattle and this takes care of that need. The views of the Cascades are some of the best in Seattle from the back deck. The open kitchen will leave you wanting to cook every night! Fast wifi, light filled, and beautifully furnished home. Couldn't have been more happy with this experience!

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this beautiful home while our own house was being remodeled. Every room was tasteful and comfortable. The view from the light-filled kitchen/dining room was beautiful. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook and bake in. The beds, the claw foot bathtub and showers, the comfy chairs in the living room...I could go on and on. The garden is also beautiful and gave us lots of pleasure even during the winter. We loved the neighborhood for walks, playgrounds, access to stores and restaurants. The property managers and owners were attentive and responsive even to our smallest questions. This home was an oasis during a stressful time in our lives.

Great place to stay.

Place is great, has that "home" feel to it. I'm a travel nurse and it was a great set up for what I needed. Location is optimal, very centrally located to the essential locations. Bedrooms are great in size, each with a private bathroom and shower. Great open concept kitchen, dining room. Beautiful view off the balcony. Property manager is very helpful and responds in a timely manner, owners of the home are fantastic. Absolutely no complaints with my stay here. I would definitely recommend!
