Samuel and his wife were amazing landlords! They're super accommodating and understanding. I really enjoyed my time in their cottage. The neighborhood is very charming and I loved taking walks throughout Seminole Heights. Would highly recommend especially for those looking for a safe quiet neighborhood.

Samuel and his wife are amazing! Super friendly and always willing to lend a hand in anything you need help with. Any inconvenience or concerns were dealt with immediately. Great people and fantastic hosts.

Modern and impeccable
Great location and owners were GREAT to work with. The apartment had everything you would need and was very clean and modern.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I LOVED living here. I was sad to leave. Sam and Jess are super nice and great landlords. The place was newly remodeled and SO CUTE. It was just the right size for me and my 75lb Great Dane mix. They take pride in their place and would always ask if everything was ok or if I needed anything. Anytime I reached out with a question, I was promptly answered. I was new to the area and Sam gave me some really great recommendations for food and entertainment. It was a great experience. Great people, safe, quiet neighborhood and close to everything! Thanks for everything, Sam and Jess!
