Great place to stay

had a great experience staying at this condo. Loretta was very nice, responsive, and always helpful whenever I had any issues with the unit. The location was excellent. The unit is next to the grocery store and in a convenient area. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable rental

Quiet and comfy

Quiet condo, & very comfy. L is a responsive landlord, and all the neighbors are super kind. convenient park across the street to take your dog out to for a walk. Heated garage and storage is a plus :)

A great place in a great location

Lived here for a full year absolutely loved it. Its in a wonderful central location in Eagle River. Condo has everything you need on the inside with a nice park just outside. Great restaurants, a grocery store, and post office are all within walking distance. The property owner is very responsive and attentive to anything that may need to be taken care of with the condo as well.

Beautiful Views

I spent the summer/fall here and absolutely loved it. The condo is in a quiet area, yet you can take a walk and get all your errands done at the same time! The unit is nicely furnished and stocked with all the essentials. Its a peaceful place with beautiful views of the mountains and a friendly neighborhood park next door. I highly recommend this property.

I Love The Place!

I completely love this place! Its so nicely decorated, has all the necessities including cooking and cleaning supplies, and is very conveniently located! Some other perks include views from the 3rd floor, heated garage, and an all around cozy place! This place has made my time in Alaska that much better!!
