Luxury Apartment in Grant Park

By far the best place I have ever rented. Would rent it full time if it was available. Beautiful, well designed, organized, spacious and has everything you could want. Kitchen and living room get great light even on the gray Portland days. Loved that it was separate from the house. James was a wonderful host. Furnished Finder is having multiple problems annd isnt allowing me to put in the exact dates I rented, so I want to list them here: 12/2/23 to 2/29/24.

Incredibly Cozy Oasis

There are so many wonderful things to write about this oasis. The windows in this place are amazing for natural light when wanted. Meanwhile the blackout shades were essential for us night shifters. The layout made the place feel large. The kitchen has great appliances and everything you could need to cook with. One of my favorite parts was all the cleaning supplies stocked in the shelf. I love to keep places clean and they made that easy. I was here for the summer and the AC unit kept the place cool. The owner's are very thoughtful, pleasant & made you feel comfortable. They were quick to respond if anything was needed. The location was very safe, especially as a solo female. The place is near Alberta and Fremont, which has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops. It was great to walk in the neighborhoods nearby & Grant Park. The location of the place is great between the two major expressways. I would commute to Vancouver, WA for work and never dreaded it once. Loved it!

Perfect Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 months while I worked nights at Randall's Children's Hospital. The apartment could not have been more perfect - it was a great size for the two of us, even with him working remotely. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need - all kitchen accessories, cookware, coffee makers, extra blankets, pillows, cleaning supplies, etc. J and his wife really went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and was incredibly clean. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and we were always able to park our cars in the same two spots out front. We frequently walked to bars and shops and Pip's (for donuts) on Fremont St and the apartment is a short 5-10 min drive to all other Portland areas (Mississippi, Alberta, SE Hawthorne, downtown) which we frequented often. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again if I ever get another contract in Portland.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I do not have enough space here or words to describe how great this rental was; I was sad to leave. The landlords live right next door and the one time something was not working properly, they were over almost immediately. They also are such amazing people who really just have thought of everything to make sure you have a great stay. Even the neighbors were super welcoming and friendly! As for the space, it was equally amazing. Not only is it decorated for you to feel comfy, it also is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook full meals (they even had foil, wax paper, ziplock bags, dish soap, etc), plenty of towels/linens, and a VERY comfortable bed. I worked night shift and had no problem sleeping in the room during the day as they had a black out curtain and there was not alot of noise overall (construction over the summer occasionally). Overall review, they are not kidding when they say its move-in ready and youll feel right at home!

Perfect setup for an extended stay in Portland

The space is bright and beautifully furnished, plus stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay. I spent the summer here and enjoyed walking the neighborhood, meeting the neighbors, and a change of scenery during work from home. The location in Portland is super central and accessible to the amenities on Fremont, Hollywood, and Alberta. The space was perfect for one person living and working from home. Would happily come back if the occasion presents itself.

Great place for travelers

I stayed here with my boyfriend while on an assignment with Providence Health system. This place was great! The kitchen was set up perfectly with everything you need to actually cook meals. The bed was super comfy. The landlord was very nice. Its quiet enough that if you are a night shifter, you wouldnt have a problem. Street parking was always available. I had no issues with this place, but if I did, I bet it would have been handled in a timely manner. The landlord really cares about his renters! the neighbor hood was very safe, and walking distance to a grocery store, places to eat/drink.
