Absolutely Unbeatable

Everything about my stay here has been excellent. The views are incredible, and the space is quiet, clean, comfortable, and private. Tina has always been responsive and friendly. What I expected to be only a three-month stay turned into three years (the date-picker for this review form doesn't go far enough back), and it has been a great experience the entire time.

Beautiful Apartment with a wonderful host

The apartment is really nicely done. It is impeccably clean and the owner Tina is a very warm and inviting person. The grounds are lovely with a nice view across the valley. There is an abundance of wildlife which we saw meandering past many times. At night the stars very bright. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has a very nice Selection of dishes and cooking tools. Everything works and is very clean and well laid out. The heating and air conditioning work very well and is controlled in your unit. If I again had the need to stay in the Ashland/Medford area for an extended period of time I would immediately try to book this apartment.

Perfect Setup

T was so accommodating & kind! The space was clean, spacious, & well-equipped. The gorgeous view & firepit were the perfect touch. I loved my stay here & would definitely stay again if I were back in Ashland on assignment. This apartment was a steal compared to the accommodations of my travel nurse counterparts. Thanks T!

Ashland 2 BR/ 1 BA Review

I have been beyond impressed with the property, property location, land lord, and amenities for this home. Im a travel respiratory therapist that rented for a travel assignment here and there is everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and sleep well during an assignment. There is a railroad in front of the home that rarely goes by, the property owner is extremely respectful and the home entrance is separate and feels like your own living space. I worked night shift on this assignment and slept extremely well thanks to the property owner! The main highway is 2 minutes away and close to town in Ashland and only 15 minutes from Medford. Extremely convenient location but also remote enough to feel like youre able to get some R&R. The views from this home are astonishing. If youre looking for an Ashland home for rent, this is your last stop. The pictures show a good layout of the home, but I promise you it is even better in person!

It's a trap

Amazing views, beautiful home, no privacy, and you will never get your deposit back. Parade of contractors in your space, grandchild peeing off the upper deck onto yours when not sounding like he is coming through the floor/ceiling for ten hours a day. Multiple text messages daily, like living with family, but a lot more expensive. You will never leave the house clean enough for the owner. Left the place cleaner than I found it, still getting psychotic and delusional messages. Renter BEWARE, this will NOT be a good fit. Seems amazing at first, but I promise you it is not.

MAKES YOU WANT TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER STAY

Wanting to experience Ashland my husband and I were delighted the place we selected exceeded our expectations and had a "Tuscany feel.' The unit is new, tastefully furnished, and immaculate. Every window showcases the beauty of the mountains on the east side and the valley below. The rental is in a quiet side of Ashland but close enough to walk to the main business area to experience the many restaurants, parks, theaters and wineries. Sitting in the sun on the deck is a perfect beginning to each day! The owner, Tina makes you feel warm and welcome and as if you've just met a new friend.
