Great Apartment and Landlords!

This was an amazing apartment and experience. The landlords were fantastic to work with and extremely courteous and respectful. The apartment is well furnished and the perfect escape after a long day at work. I was so grateful to find this place to stay while moving to Tallahassee.

Home away from Home

Clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable unit. It has everything you can possibly need for an extended stay- just bring clothes:) The neighborhood is very safe, and the location is easily accessible to major streets. The hosts are professional but very pleasant and accommodating. They felt like family to me with every interaction. Never intrusive, but always responsive and willing to improve the quality of your stay if/ when needed. The unit has all the digital entertainment you could need from almost every streaming service and strong WiFi. I highly recommend this unit and the hosts- I would return without hestitation.

We appreciate your kind response and always hope for tenants that are as professional and responsible as you were. The place was left spotless, our interactions were minimal but fruitful and always positive. A great tenant and "family member" as she put it. We wish her all good things! Thank you and safe travels! Great and spacious living space

Great apartment and great neighborhood to live in. I stayed here for my first travel assignment and it felt like my second home. Felt very safe and at ease during my stay, and the apartment is very spacious with a huge bedroom. I will definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers that are looking for a comfortable space close to the hospitals. The landlords are super nice, quick to respond for any issues and very accommodating.

Gs was the ideal guest. She respected the property, took great care of the apartment, communicated very well with us. We always hope for guests like G. We were sorry to see her move on to her next adventure, but we do wish her all the best.

Fantastic Living Space!

This was a wonderful apartment to live in for several months while I was in Florida! The landlord was courteous, responsive to any needs I encountered and very accommodating. The apartment bedroom is huge and I was able to even create an office space in there and it still felt spacious! The furniture is modern and tasteful, providing a comfortable environment to live. The apartment has all that is needed to truly feel like home. I loved having the small, private fenced yard area! It was a great place to sit outside and relax at the end of the day. I can't recommend this property enough for someone who would like to a quiet, private getaway in a residential area.

D was an absolute pleasure to have "next door"! Quiet, responsible, caring, easy to communicate with. D really cared about the apartment and was quite creative in "building" an office in the bedroom. We loved it. We would love to have her back anytime. Hoping these great tenants keep on coming. Thank you D and sincerest wishes for good health and fortune.

Cozy Hideaway Review

This place was beyond my expectations. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and felt safe. The tenets were very pleasant, as well as great people. There was tons of space to live comfortably, as well as enough room for another person. I thought it was perfect distance from the hospital I was working at. I highly recommend this place for any travel nurses or as a little getaway!

Sydney was wonderful. We did a few upgrades to the property, (mainly installed solar panels). Sydney was comfortable and cooperative with the few distractions we caused with the renovation. Sydney was very pleasant, communicated well and kept the place neat and clean. Would love to have her back.

Tallahasee house

The house was great! Couldn't have asked for a better place and nicer owners! Would definitely stay there again!

Toni was a wonderful guest! She was easy to communicate with when needed. We had a repair or two while she was a guest and allowed us to remedy as soon as possible. Gave a couple suggestions that we implemented, offered to and did "pick up" items at the store for us when she went out. Left the place spotless upon her departure. It would be great to have all guests like Toni. We'd love to have you back. Thank you for your service on the front lines. Stay Safe!
