Amazing Stay

A perfect dwelling for those who value personal space. It is easy to park on the street and make your way inside through the private side entry. Inside, there is plenty of room for spreading out between the bedroom, living room, bathroom , and small kitchen. There are some windows which allow for natural light and they can open to allow for fresh air. The furniture and carpet was clean. There are multiple closets and shelves which allow for easy storage, and you will be provided with a fan, lamps, brooms, and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, Anne was very friendly and helpful to me as I got situated in what was a new city to me. She often texted me to see how I was doing and adjusting, and multiple times she offered advice on how to navigate the area and transit systems. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay when I moved to this incredible city.

Healthcare traveler review

I'm a healthcare traveler. I stayed in this unit for 3 months for a job in Portland. The owner and housemate that live upstairs were both friendly and responsive. My only complaints were that the shower/bathroom smelled like mold, and some of the appliances/electronics didn't work properly or didn't work at all. Otherwise, it's an ok place to stay. It was quiet, close to my hospital, close to the town. Also, not too far of a drive to Mount Hood and the Pacific Ocean. If the owner were to fix the issues mentioned above, I would bump the review up to 5 stars from 3 stars.

Private Peaceful space and great landlord!

The space and quietness you get here is without a doubt the best in Portland. Highly recommend staying here, Anne is respectful of your space and a great person. This place has everything you need to accomodate however long you are staying from cookware, utensils, comfortability. I would look no other where to stay first if I ever come back to Portland thats how good.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this cute, spacious apartment for 5 months. Our time there was great and Anne is the best landlord. She is respectful of your space and an overall great person. This space is definitely worth it and Woodstock is a cool area where we always felt safe overall.
