Lovely Place

My wife and I stayed for six months in this beautiful condo. It is an ideal location to experience the South Riverfront life of Portland. The owners provided all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our stay. The condo is convenient to public transportation, hospitals, markets, and restaurants. We loved it!

G's generosity, flexibility, & kindness made my 3-month stay in her furnished Portland condo turn into nearly 2 years! The modern, quiet condo & friendly neighbors made it feel like home. Perfect location near waterfront & restaurants. I'll gladly rent from G again!

Nicest apartment in Portland

We loved this apartment! It was very safe, clean, a perfect location and had everything we needed. I rode my bike to the tram to work at the hospital and the bike ride didnt even take 10 minutes! There are some great little restaurants down by the waterfront which was so nice not to have to get in the car and have to drive to have a night out! Our landlord is so helpful and thoughtful when it came to things we needed. We couldnt have had a better experience in Portland! This is the nicest place Ive ever lived by far!

Comfortable and Luxurious Stay

G's Fwaterfront condo was an absolutely perfect stay for the duration of my contract at PeaceHealth Southwest Med Center in Vancouver. It was about a twenty-minute drive to Vancouver from the house, with easy access to I-5. The home was perfectly temperature controlled, very quiet and well-insulated from surrounding noise, and had beautiful natural lighting from the ceiling-high windows. Tasteful decorations from worldly travels adorn the space. The high-end appliances and well-stocked kitchen made cooking meals a joy! The comfortable bed, black-out shades, and remote controlled ceiling fan made for a solid night's sleep. The condo is on the second floor and feels very secure with controlled access to the parking garage and building interior. The little balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after work with a slight view of the water and bridges. I already miss this beautiful home and would stay there again in a heart beat! Gorgeous Portland Condo

We enjoyed our stay in G's condo. The unit was very secure, clean, comfortable bed, well stocked, and the internet worked well. G met us upon arrival and quickly responded to any questions during our stay. The location is close in and walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank-you!

Beautiful Upscale Property in Perfect Waterfront Location!

I can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was at G's property! Her unit is beautifully kept with comfortable furnishings and high-end appliances. The unit is in one of the three upscale and secure buildings within the apartment complex, situated right along the waterfront in the perfect location allowing you to "step in/step out" of downtown Portland. It is also convenient to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and the aerial tram, making for a short but scenic commute up to OHSU/VA Portland. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Portland area - it was fabulous and made me feel at home in a brand new city!
