Appx 500sq ft of space in an L Shaped cottage. Due to its size, we are only renting to single renters with no pets. Overnight guests on occasion are not an issue but we do not allow anyone staying in the cottage without the renter being present. Quiet little bungalow
This has been a treat to stay here. The landlords are on site but keep to themselves and are very respectful. Any issues I have had have been deal with very quickly. This quiet little home is convenient to downtown Vinton and is no more than a 10-minute drive to Carilion Roanoke Memorial and Community hospitals. The two laundromats I found are convenient and clean. I recommend it to anyone traveling and would be happy to come home to it again.
