Nice retreat w/ plenty of privacy...

I stayed here with my 2 cats for a few months during an extended travel contract. We loved it here and had everything we needed during our stay. Close proximity to 2 bus lines, with a lovely view of the Seattle skyline & Mt. Rainier on the way to downtown. The apartment is well laid out with an excellent kitchen & artistic touches throughout; the outdoor space was really great too. The landlord Jeff was easy to communicate with & thoughtful of his tenants. Would highly recommend!

Nice stay

This space was really nice. I stayed for 6 months with my dog. It was very comfy in the winter months, and the windows let in enough light during those darker months. It was nice having a full kitchen and your own laundry room. Good pet friendly space. Quiet area. Easy access to the highways for commuting to work. The landlord was easy to communicate with and was readily available if needing assistance. You do hear some foot traffic from the upstairs neighbors, but overall fairly quiet.
