Great Rental !
Very cute place with everything you need! The bedroom is large and has a vaulted ceiling. Lots of windows let in natural light. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a cute enclosed patio right opening right off of it. Marco was very responsive. With any questions we had. We would happily rent this unit again.

Cute quiet cottage
Cute cottage on quiet street with all the amenities you will need. It's hard to find an entire unit that allows pets at a reasonable price, so that was definitely a plus!

Not Safe
I gave the deposit and first months rent total $1600. The property manager did not show a picture of the outside of the property. When I asked he said look it up. (Red flag) . When I did then I became concerned. I looked up the crime and it's in the worse area. I asked for my money back and he only refunded me the deposit. $350. He did not advertise the property correctly and he should have given me all my money back but I asked for half. If he would have put an outside picture (like he did now) I would not have even considered it.
