Great place, great location

Dirce was so great to rent from. Property is fairly priced and conveniently located to the hospital. Very responsive and the property includes everything needed while on contract. I would definitely rent from Dirce again. She made the whole process very easy.

Fantastic property owners

The unit is well appointed, private, quiet, very spacious, and had everything I needed while being super close to my contracted hospital. Food scene in the area has some gems, and I enjoyed the nearby amenities. What was supposed to be a 3 month contract ended up being a full year and a half and I loved my stay here. Darcy and Julio are great. Fabulous. Hands down the best. They are kind, friendly, responsive, and on top of problems that crop up. Darcy sends town notices and events that may interest you for your stay also which I enjoyed. I can't end this without a shoutout to their son Kelvyn too, he's a great guy goes out of his way to make sure you're all set with whatever you need. Stay with them, they'll take care of you!

Darcy is a wonderful landlord. She is responsive and kind. She gave me a warm welcome and all the instructions I needed right off the bat. The area is lovely and safe. The pond nearby was a great way to unwind from a work day or enjoy a weekend morning. Commuting to MWH was all back streets! Would recommend, especially for first time/female travelers.

Amazing stay

Julio and Dirce really set the bar high! This was my first time renting outside of college for an internship, and I couldnt have had a better experience. The location is great: its quiet and peaceful, with easy access to hiking trails and lakes, yet close enough to Boston to make any trips into the city convenient. The property was always clean and well maintained, but what really stood out was how kind and attentive Dirce and Julio were as hosts. When I off-handedly mentioned how nice heated blankets would be in the cold, Dirce bought me one, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. Also as a bonus, they have a really cute and friendly cat!

Great place to stay

I had a great stay! Was originally supposed to stay for 3 months but ended up extending a month. Hosts were both extremely kind and helpful. Provided a warm blanket during winter months and Darcy made a lot of great food she would often share. I was in the hospital for 2 days with food poisoning and they brought me supplies. Can't say enough about how much they go out of their way to make renters feel at home.

Dirce is very responsive and a delight to rent from. The rental process was smooth and easy with a fair deposit. She keeps the property clean and addresses any needs in a timely manner. Convenient location to many hospitals. She takes into consideration the specific people when each is renting a room in the same apartment separately to ensure a good match.

Great Location

I cannot say enough great things about Darcy and this apartment. She was so accommodating. I had to move for a short month and she was quick to help me. It was a perfect place for me to stay and convenient to both hospitals that I work. I loved all the nearby restaurants and the lake with a walking track. Darcy was very informative and made me feel very much at home. I hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Perfect Stay

The rental process was straightforward and D was so easy to work with, very responsive, understanding, updated me every step of the way as to the best move in time. A quiet location with walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, ample privacy and equipped with all I needed. It placed me perfectly between the facilities I had to float and also found a warm church family about 5 minutes away. Nice Cozy Space

The owners are very nice and friendly. Very responsive to any concerns I may have had. The place is nice, and well appointed. Nice and cozy with everything you need to feel at home. Close to many good places to eat. Shopping for groceries, gas, personal items are just minutes away. There's also an awesome lake nearby for taking a nice walk, exercising, and interacting with the community.

As a traveling tech on assignment in Boston, finding safe, clean, and welcoming housing is always a top priority-and this place exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless and cozy, with everything I needed already provided. The location made my commute to the hospital super easy, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe-perfect for coming home after long shifts. But what really sets this stay apart are the hosts. They're warm, respectful, and truly treat you like part of the family. I even got to enjoy some amazing home-cooked meals, which was a lifesaver on busy days! Having on-site laundry and dedicated parking made day-to-day life so convenient. This was, hands down, one of the best housing experiences I've had on contract. Highly recommend to any traveling healthcare professional looking for a peaceful, homey stay in Boston.

Truly Home Away from Home

This cozy place was perfect. My young adult daughter stayed here for approx. 5 months while working in North Reading/Woburn, and we were so thankful for the lovely space. It is safe and quiet, clean, and cozy. The Landlords are the best you could ever have. If you have a young adult needing a good place to stay near Boston, look no further. It is convenient to the places you need to get to. There is a short walk to a grocery store, restaurants, as well as cool walking/hiking trails that are not a long drive away. The town it is in so quite charming, yet you are not that far away from Boston. I did not worry about my daughter as I knew she was in a safe, comfy, and cozy place for those five months. Honestly, the Landlords are outstanding. If you choose to stay here, you will be happy and glad that you did.

Stay in Winchester

Staying at the Abreu family's home in Winchester was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family. The room and bathroom were very clean and cozy and access to laundry was convenient. One of the highlights was sharing meals with the family. I would definitely return without hesitation!

A great home away from home!

D & J were so friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. They provided a great housing experience for me for 5 months. They were always so helpful when I needed help navigating somewhere and sharing ideas of fun things to do. Winchester is a wonderful, quiet little town. Super cute downtown area with good coffee and food. Winchester has the suburb feel but is still so close to the city for when you want to venture in. A quick 20 min train ride and you will be in the heart of Boston!

Wonderful Travel Nurse Housing

I can not say enough about D and J. They make you feel like family within minutes. Her property is clean and extremely well maintained. I felt at home my entire stay and it was hard to say good-bye. I will definitely come back to stay for any Boston area contracts in the future!!!

Woburn room for rent

I stayed at the owner's property in Woburn, it was a two-bedroom house with a roommate. Only took 5 minutes to drive to Winchester Hospital which was Perfect for my contract stay. Perfect location to so many places in the surrounding Boston suburbs. Quiet house, available parking behind it. Owner was always available for questions on the house. Very reasonable price for the area. Clean house. I would definitely rent again. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and bookstores. Nearby pond with walking path. Easy to Uber into downtown Boston. She provided blackout curtains since I worked nights, much appreciated!

Home Away From Home

This truly was like an home away from home! D and J were so incredibly kind and welcoming, always willing to stop and chat in the kitchen and hang out. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, as were the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Laundry was super convenient too. The area felt very safe even when coming home super late at night. The back yard is also a beautiful place to hang out in when the weather is nice. All in all, 10/10, would definitely rent from them again!

Very well-priced, spacious, and phenomenal owner!!

D was an absolutely amazing host during my stay in Woburn, she was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to fix any issue that I would ever have on the property. For the property itself it catered to all my needs and wqw very comfortable! I loved that it was so close to my hospital and so many other places. Thanks for having me D and I'll most definitely plan on trying to stay at one of your places again in the future if my travels take me back up to the Boston area:)

D- was so easy to communicate with and being a traveler away from home she made the move into her property so easy and welcoming. I, also, want to say any concern or need I had she was immediately responsive and worked hard to address any concern/need I had and followed through to be sure everything was taken care of. True Kind Hearted & Caring Host

Although my time with D was short. I highly recommend choosing them as your family and home away from home. D is very thoughtful understanding and detailed from start to finish. She communicates thoroughly as a business owner and yet as a kind hearted friend you will feel as if you've known her for years. I hope to be able to revisit them in the future. the sweetest Boston home of all :)

I stayed in this home for a little over a year and a half while working at St. Elizabeth's hospital in Brighton... truly it was such a delight!! Dirce and Julio are absolutely lovely hosts, we spent a lot of time chatting together. They truly took care of me like family... checked on me when they thought I might need something, helped me when I was sick, shared food with me! The water is always hot, the stove works great (it's gas!), the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking items you could ever need, the room I lived in stayed nice and cool with the window unit during the summer and the bed was very comfy, and the house and garden are both so sunny and cheerful. ALSO the surrounding area is beautiful! There's a little downtown with a pond nearby that I walked to often, and there are lots of good walking trails and beaches nearby. I am so thankful to have stayed here and for the time I got to spend with these wonderful people. Next time I'm in Boston I know where to go. :)

I stayed at one of D's apartments this fall and it was comfortable, clean, very cute and convenient. D was a fabulous host, always available if anything came up and responsive to requests. home sweet home review

I stayed at D and her husbands property in Woburn for the summer during my assignment at Mount Auburn. It had all the essentials and was situated in a cute and convenient area of Woburn. Close to everything. Off street parking was provided. The area was safe and close to horn pond which has nice walking trails. The hosts were attentive to needs and made sure it was an easy and pain free transition. Would highly recommend

Felt like home!

My 4 month stay at this place was wonderful! The location was perfect, safe and a 5 min walk to the downtown Winchester area, which was very cute. It was less than a 15 min drive to Lahey hospital where I worked during my stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet & drawer space. By far the best part of the stay though was the owners. They were so friendly and welcoming it made the place feel like home. They were quick to respond, were able to give good local recommendations and even made me meals on many occasions. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed with the Abreu's for 13 weeks while on an assignment in Chelsea, MA and it was nothing short of a fabulous experience. They are two of the most kind and generous people I have ever met. I felt right at home my whole visit and was treated like their very own daughter. Our family dinner's were my favorite. The bedroom is the perfect size (with a super comfy bed and big screen TV!). I loved taking baths in the spacious tub weekly it was the perfect way to relax. The house was very clean and my privacy was well respected. I don't know if I'll be sent back to MA to work again, but I do know that I will be visiting my new family I made there! :) Thank you both for everything!

The best!

I spent most of 2020 here with the Abreus and I could not of asked for a better place or people to spend this crazy year with. I rented the room in the home which is what I prefer since I started traveling. The are very welcoming, accommodating and respectful. The areas are clean and house well maintained. The town is precious and home is within walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants and outdoor activities. I was able to see two tenants come and go from the downstairs unit and I can say they were very happy with their stay. Two driveways to accommodate parking. I really can not say enough good things about this listing and the homeowners. I consider them extended family.
