Bright, clean, and quiet

The townhouse was beautifully kept, nicely, decorated and bright and cheery. Everything you could need is there, and having a carport was quite a blessing over the winter. Mary is such a great landlord, very quick to answer any question and had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely rent from her again.!

Wonderful property and even better owners! This is my 9th year returning to Anchorage for the summer and this was by far the most comfortable, convenient and spotlessly maintained unit Ive rented. Dont hesitate if youre lucky enough to find an opening!

Amazing Stay

Fiance and I are Travel RNs and we stayed at this property for 6 months and loved it! The unit is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Amazing views out the living room, looking at the front range while enjoying breakfast. We would go for jogs to sand lake before work. 5 min drive to Kincaid. Nice appliances. The rooms were very comfortable. M is very kind/friendly and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. Looking forward to stay here again the next time we are in Anchorage!

Convenient and Comfortable

I came to Anchorage from Florida for a friend's wedding and decided to make a Summer vacation out of it. M the Host is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, she gave great advice on tours and even rental cars. This unit is close to restaurants, shopping and trails. There's even a couple of kayaks with a cart that you can use to paddle on Jewel Lake, which is located right around the corner. The furnishings are super comfortable, I loved the reclining couch in the living room, great for watching TV or whatever you want to stream as there was really fast wifi. The bedrooms were very restful with great mattresses and black out shades. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, pots, pans and even spices. The view of the Chugach mountains from the balcony was spectacular! This place really is a jewel, I plan to come back!

great stay

This unit is so cute and comfortable. My partner and I are night shift nurses and were able to sleep soundly during the day or night. M is an awesome host, checked in to see how we were doing and ensured the house was stocked with everything you could need throughout your stay. The neighborhood is safe and the location is awesome right by jewel lake and Kincaid, which made it easy to access some trails close to home :) We will definitely book here again the next contract we have out here.
