Private, quiet, green with great neighbors
The C are fantastic hosts and the space was exactly what we were looking for as a work/live short term rental. Would 100% stay there again.

The best!
It truly doesnt get better than this. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is absolutely the place for you. It is spacious with tons of natural lighting, but also with black out curtains if you work nights! The kitchen is fully stocked, but if there is anything you are looking for in regards to cooking, cleaning or any random things you might need like knowing how to tie knots, Allison and Lars are on it for you! The view is phenomenal, there are trails close by, the beach is not far and even downtown Seattle is only 20 minutes away! I cannot rave about this place enough. If you are looking for the convenience of city life without living in the hustle and bustle of the city, youve found it! They have a veggie garden and you will feel like you have countryside living with a Starbucks 5 minutes away! This home has everything you could possibly need...With the most hospitable landlords on the face of the planet! My life is better now that I have lived here :)

Best in the West (Seattle)
Im not sure I can wrap up all of my positive feelings about this place in the 600 characters I am limited to, but Ill do my best! To start, the living area is immaculate. Its a wonderfully fully furnished 2 bedroom one bath. Accompanied by a private entrance, washer, dryer, full kitchen and balcony. Everything you could ask for. Allison and Lars are the kindest landlords that I have ever encountered. You wont find people more accommodating, more welcoming or more willing to show you the best of Seattle. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it! Theyll quickly become family!

Amazing place w/ amazing people
So grateful to have found this place. It is clean and smoke free, has a huge kitchen fully furnished, giant windows facing a beautiful backyard with a porch so you can soak up that Seattle sun (whenever it decides to show itself), and is roomy/homey so I never felt crammed in this place with my roommate. It also has nice trails around the house if you are looking for a place to go run. Not a far drive to downtown and very close to Alki beach, which is cool. Best yet -if you need a friend the owners are the sweetest family youll ever meet and will be the first to take you in. No complaints :)
