Great long term stay

Great space, convenient location, stocked with a lot of things you would need. Landlord is very responsive and will fix any issue you have asap. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend Part 1

I give Nate's place 5 stars and highly recommend it! The house is in a very convenient location close to 440, 65 and 24. You can get to almost anywhere in Nashville within 15 minutes, including most major hospitals. It is in a multicultural neighborhood that is family friendly. Frequently, you will see kids playing in yards and people out walking and running. Numerous times a week, I would run around the neighborhood by myself and always felt safe. I even discovered a pet goat in someone's backyard, and two roosters on different sides of the neighborhood.

Great place! Close to everything

This is a great find! The space is really welcoming and has everything you need. The owner is really accommodating and made moving in/out really easy. The location is 15 min from Vandy and 15 min from downtown. I felt safe and even got to know some of the neighbors. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some quiet away from the city but super close!

Loved my stay at Nate's place. The house is adorable and convenient to everything in Nashville. Comfy and well kept home. Cute and peaceful neighborhood to walk the dog. Nate is very thoughtful and made sure I had what I needed for a nice stay. I would definitely recommend a stay!
