Great Landlords and great location

My husband and I stayed for 6 months, with our adult daughter and my mother in-law. It is awesome, very spacious and clean. Everyone had their space, with two different living rooms. The kitchen was perfect for us, stocked with everything you need. The landlords are amazing and live about 5 min away, any issues were handled immediately. (The water heater went out in the middle of the night and the next morning he had installed a new one before lunch!) I would totally recommend this home to anyone. If we ever come back to the area, I am sooooo staying here if it's available. Nothing but great things to say about it. Close to everything, freeway access, shopping and Garden of the Gods!

I stayed here for 6 months for a nurse travel contract with my partner and we both loved staying here. Jenn and Brent were wonderful hosts to us and always responsive. The property is in a perfect location and close to the interstate and many shops. The place was so roomy and had everything we needed. We felt very safe staying here and would return in the future!

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet

You wont be disappointed if you stay here. The beds are extremely comfortable. If you pick the right one to sleep in you can fall asleep looking at the glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. The main shower is very spacious and has plenty of counter space. Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table or if you work from home like I do it made a great work area. The kitchen is very functional and has lots of cabinet space. The downstairs would be a great place for your kids or teenagers to hang out. There are board games and even a foosball table to play. The backyard is huge with a gas grill, picnic table, chairs, a big floor chess board and even cute wildlife. The location is perfect! There are lots of restaurants to choose from and a few different grocery stores all within minutes of the home.

I stayed here during my travel assignment with my husband and toddler. Its a great place. Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Safe. Close to many places for food, groceries, and fun. J and B were always responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely go back and stay again if an assignment brings us to the area again!
