We had a lovely stay at Ms and are so glad we found this spot to land. We had just listed our home of nearly a decade and stayed here starting in mid-May 2024. Ms place was truly a haven it had everything we needed (like seriously, everything!), we loved the back patio and fenced yard and truly loved the peekaboo view of the ocean from the living room. We also really enjoyed the updated bathrooms/showers and using the gas fireplace on the occasional cooler evening. We already miss this home and our daily walks around the neighborhood (so many mule deer and acorn woodpeckers!). Mickie was very responsive anytime we had a question during our stay and was very communicative and easy to book with. We of course recommend visiting the aquarium, but also highly suggest watching the otters play at Berwick Park (very close) or Moss Landing. Lastly, well be dreaming about the pastries and tomato-cheddar ciabatta from Parker-Lusseau for months to come. Thank you again M!

I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back every summer since. The home is lovely with large comfortable rooms. The decor has been chosen with care by M, the owner. The kitchen is well equipped for every need. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby to choose from and lots of things to do in the area. The internet is fast and the Xfinity system has plenty of entertainment options. There is also a garage which is very rare in Monterey. The home is in excellent condition. M takes pride in the home and includes housekeeping every two weeks and a handyman on call. Unlike other rentals I have stayed in which seem to degrade each year, this home continues to improve. M recently remodeled the two bathrooms and each time I come I find something new, this year a new microwave, new apple computer and Xfinity. M is a wonderful responsive host. I keep coming back because the home is so inviting and comfortable and has all the amenities I need.
