AMAZING

Alissa is an exceptional landlord kind, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful to work with. She is also someone you can build a great relationship with if you choose to do so, which made the experience even more special. The location is ideal: a grocery store just down the road, close to Main Street with great bars and restaurants, and conveniently next to the freeway with easy access, yet surprisingly quiet. You truly feel like you have your own private space! The home itself is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. Parking was never an issue, and street parking was always readily available. My pup absolutely loved the backyard ( she loves to plant flowers and they are amazing) and was welcomed with open arms, which meant the world to me. I truly wish I could have stayed here longer, but I’m grateful to leave with incredible memories, a meaningful friendship, and a home that genuinely felt special. Highly recommend!

Cozy, comfortable, quiet with excellent property manager!

Working with this owner was an excellent experience. She communicates promptly and thoroughly and is extraordinarily kind and caring. I loved sharing a backyard with her and her dog, and she cared for both me and my animals so well. This was a perfect longer-term temporary space and a great location to drive into Portland proper or explore the Vancouver area more. A grocery store is a quick 3 minute walk for any last minute needs. This space is very private and felt very secure at all times. The space comes equipped with anything you could need to cook and clean. Plenty of storage area and the in-unit laundry was amazing. The bathroom is very spacious and even has a heater for the colder mornings. I worked remotely out of this space and loved having the separation from the "bedroom" upstairs and my "office" downstairs. I am very thankful to have met the owner and would highly recommend booking with them for any housing needs :)
