James was a great landlord very responsive to any issue that arose during my stay. Safe, spacious, and perfect for my clinical rotation at Saint Mary's!

I had a really comfortable stay here at this unit. The landlords are very responsive. They check in on you to make sure everything's OK. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as fluffy pillows. Very clean very well kept property.

Great space and host

Stayed here while on assignment at Saint Marys and it was perfect. It is on a very busy and sometimes loud road but I worked nights and didnt have a problem sleeping during the day. Drive to the hospital was easy. Snow removal and sanding/salting was very good, all I had to do was clean my car off when it snowed. J was extremely responsive to texts and very welcoming. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

J is very quick to respond by phone if you need anything or have an issue. The place feels like home once you're settled in. I was there for a few snowfalls, and the maintenence done on the driveway was impeccable (they even sanded up the stairway to my doorstep). Just a few things to be aware of, there is road noise, this is an older structure, no dishwasher, and you will have to climb stairs to get to the apartment. I used a noise maker to block out the road noise while I slept, but it is a busy road 24/7. The neighbors are great and I felt safe there! The drive to Yale is pretty straightforward from this location and I opted to take the non highway route, which was relaxing. Travel east to the better grocery stores and cute towns. Would check it out again if I returned to the area.

Nice spot, hreat landlord!

This place had almost everything we could possibly ask for in a short term rental! The big yard for our dog was a plus! Anytime we needed something, James was quick to respond and help out. He installed two window AC units as soon as it started getting hot, and he also installed a new deadbolt which made it extra easy to get in and out of the apartment. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Great apartment

Great apartment with goos size yard if traveling with a dog. J is very attentive and easily reachable when needed. Kitchen has all basic necessities. Overall great stay/experience for a first time travel nurse.

Great host!

James hosted me when I took a contract at a nearby hospital. I had everything I needed, the apartment was very nice, and James was a always very accommodating.

Great place and Awesome Host

This is a great place and James is an incredible host. The apartment is furnished very well and James goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He was always available if we had any questions. It was our first time in the area and James made some great recommendations of things to do in the area. My wife and I highly recommend this place if you have a contract in the area.

Awesome place!

Great apartment! Very clean with hardwood floors and a nice small kitchen. The owner is great and is always willing to help you with most anything that you need. He will even help with suggestions if you are looking for activities or good restaurants in the area. Most everything that you need is supplied at the residence. There is a good amount of road noise off Meriden Rd. but it didnt bother me too much. I would definitely recommend this property!
