Beautiful Get-Away, Ocean Breeze, Quiet, Close to All

Best spot in SD!

I LOVED this home. It was the perfect home away from for my first travel assignment. Cozy, clean, great quiet residential area with the sweetest neighbors. n and R were the best to work with and were so accommodating. Would stay here again if I find myself back in San Diego!

Home away from home

Cant say enough about this house! Stayed at this house for 8 months and Im about to stay another 3! The pictures dont do justice. This home is very spacious, beautiful, updated! The couch is very comfortable and the space is homey. The kitchen is huge..back yard is spacious to have friends over. The location is wonderful. Upon arrival, me and my roommates were greeted by the neighbors (wonderful people) with welcomes and recommendations on what to do! Its a quiet safe neighborhood where you can go on runs and hang out in the yard. 5 minutes from the UTC mall, 10-12 from La Jolla beach, 15-20 from pacific beach and downtown areas. Parking is wonderful and easy. Trash services simple! In fact, a few times our friendly neighbors put our trash bins at the curb for pick up when were gone! On another note, the landlords N and R are absolutely a delight. Some of the sweetest people, and very attentive and available. Recommend this place x100!!! Thats why Im renting again!

Perfect place for travelers

The perfect place for travel nurses! N was such a great host as well. Very centered to a lot of the major hospitals that have travelers and super close to all the major sites San Diego has to offer!

Beautiful house!

Such an amazing house, perfectly placed in La Jolla, short distance to everything in San Diego. The owner, Nicole, was absolutely amazing to work with. As travel nurses she would send us little care packages and was extremely accommodating for us with working overnights. Space had two livings rooms (converted one into a little workout area), amazing back yard space, beautiful kitchen and she let us use all of her beach stuff and anything we needed she was so quick to answer. Would stay again 100%.

I have stayed in this house for the last year and everything was perfect as described. Very clean, comfortable bed and spacious kitchen. Excellent location, easy freeway access which makes it close to practically everything! Very nice hosts!
