Fantastic place in the heart of San Diego

I had an amazing stay and highly recommend this furnished rental! The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to Little Italy, the San Diego waterfront, and Balboa Park, with great restaurants and cafes along the way. The neighborhood is walkable, clean, and safe. It's a spacious 2nd-floor corner 1BR, and it's bright, nicely decorated, and has windows on two sides with lots of natural light. From the living room, you get unobstructed views of SD Bay and the airport, with spectacular sunsets, not to mention gorgeous daytime water views! There's also a huge walk-in closet (almost the size of a den) and a charming tropical yard. The home is on the flight path, so you hear planes, but I quickly got used to it, and the location, views, and quality more than make up for it. Ruth is an exceptional landlord. She's very friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. She truly makes the place feel like home. I'd happily stay here again! Highly recommended.

Cozy, convenient beach adjacent home

This home made me visit to San Diego fun and cozy. Well decorated and has all the amenities you need to make a vacation fun. The complex has a pool, modern gym equipment, bar-b-que and picnicking areas, laundry room, and on site staff. Walking distance to beach, shopping, food and public transport. Close to freeways. And as a lovely bonus, you can watch the nightly fireworks from Sea World by just looking out the window. Thank you to Ruth for the kind welcome note and suggestions for how to make the most of a trip to San Diego. Will definitely return!
