Review for Lovely and Quiet space

I had the privilege of staying at this property while working a travel contract in the area. The landlord, S, is responsive, respectful of privacy, and very accomodating. The property is just as advertised with a lot of thought put into maximizing comfort. The bathroom is truly as great as it appears in photos- best shower I have had! There is not a full fridge or oven, but there are many other amenities including a very comfortable queen sized bed, 2 comfortable arm chairs, a desk, and plush carpeting. It also has a walk in closet with beautiful wood shelves and drawers that is so large it doubled as an exercise space. The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house with a pathway that winds through the beautifully landscaped yard and the wonderful Port Defiance park is only about a 15 minute drive away.

I stayed at this lovely property for 4 months while doing a travel nurse contract in the area. The property is titled exactly as it is, lovely and quiet. It was a perfect place to rest and relax while doing a contract so far from home. The owner of the property is a wonderful landlord, providing a kind, comfortable, and welcoming environment, while maintaining my privacy and space as well. The space is perfect for traveling professionals, as the neighborhood is quiet as is the property itself. The unit itself was comfortable and clean. The bathroom and huge tub were amazing! Very cozy bed too!
