Great location and landlord!!

T and S have been amazing to have as a landlord, they were very attentive and quick to respond to anything making sure I had everything that I needed. The location is amazing as well, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops with an outdoor shopping mall very close as well. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot!

I loved living here! It's a perfect location and size for a traveler. The house is just beautiful and the landscaping makes it feel more like being at home. S and T are terrific. I hated leaving and hope I get to come back!

Prepare for the perfect stay!

This gem is just as pictured, perfectly appointed and thoughtful layout with full kitchen and bath, very comfy bed and furniture, lots of storage with an amazing closet! Landlord is a creative gardener and mornings spent on the deck with coffee and a book were gifted with birdsong and lush surroundings. Everything you could need within close walking distance, a safe, friendly and lovely neighborhood great for walks of any length. This property is situated in one of the most wonderful areas of Tulsa, a fun city. The landlords are kind and very responsive. My favorite stay!

A warm, welcoming place for an extended stay. Loved it!

As someone who considers himself a connoisseur of the long term stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at S and T's. The apartment itself is well designed, well decorated, and immaculately clean. It was a joy to come home after a long day of work. The neighborhood is beautiful, perfect for long walks or runs. It's quiet and calming, but also a 5-minute stroll to the restaurants and shops of Cherry Street. S and T were ideal hosts and neighbors. The apartment is very private, but I did relish the rare moments I would happen to bump into them coming or going and we could exchange a few pleasant words or they could eloquently answer some burning question I had about Tulsa. They were very responsive to any questions I had about the apartment and could not have been more welcoming. My only reservation in recommending it so strongly is that I'd like to stay there again if work takes me back to Oklahoma so I'm hesitant to let the cat out of the bag.

Private and great location

My husband and I rented this apartment for three months and enjoyed our stay here very much. It is very functional with great amenities. There is a designated parking spot for your car. Sylvia and Tom are wonderful hosts! Very pleasant and accommodating! The balcony is great for sitting outside on nice days! We can highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again one time!

Private and great location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very conveniently located and pleasant apartment. It is a modern unit with everything you need including top of the line appliances. Great and accommodating hosts. Just a short walk to the Cherry Street restaurants and a five minute drive to downtown. A nice balcony area to sit outside on a nice day/eve. We can highly recommend this unit!

Great place in a great location.

I stayed in this place for nearly two years during an extended business assignment. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Its fully furnished with utilities included and everything was new and very nice. The porch in the back has a great view. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to both Cherry Street and Utica Square. Sylvia and Tom were the perfect landlords, very helpful and attentive. They also know Tulsa very well and gave my good recommendations on places to visit and things to do.

Private and Great location

I rented this place for 4 mo. this year while I was building a house. All my things were in storage after my corporate relocation, so their fully furnished house with utilities included was perfect. Couldn't ask for a nicer couple to rent from. They were always right on it if the internet was down or I needed anything. Place is great with a private side entrance and you're not attached to anyone being back above the garage. Inside everything is new and the space is nicely laid out. Perfect quiet location but a 5 min walk up to the restaurants on Cherry or quick uber to downtown or Brookside
