Great home in Encino

BEST EVER!

If I could give this room an 100/10 I would! Lore is the most amazing, kindest person and best roommate. I lived with her for a year while I was in PA school, and I would've stayed longer if I could! The house is always clean, beautifully decorated (and especially for the holidays!), quiet, and homey. Great WiFi that I never once had an issue with. Great new amenities (stovetop, oven, washer/dryer, etc.) all worked perfectly. I felt so at home and safe living with her and I couldn't say enough good things!

Amazing place!

I stayed in the studio ADU and had an amazing experience. H is a great host and the studio is beautifully set up and had everything I needed for my travel contract. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood next to the beautiful and walkable lake balboa park. H was responsive and accommodating for my stay and she even got extra blackout curtains to make sure I could sleep during the day. It had ample parking, a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of clothes storage, perfect for a short or long stay. Would absolutely recommend!

ADU Stay

I had a great stay at this ADU! The space was very cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer in the unit and kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is located in a safe and quiet area with perfect distance to the park. Hannelore is a great and lovely landlord and I would definitely live here again if I were to return to Encino. I would highly recommend staying here!!

The best Landlady Ever

I loved staying with Lore. Her home became my home away from home. She was super clean, and that's very important to me. There were no limits on my showering time or my laundry use. I was able to utilize the kitchen without any questions. She is really awesome. I would return if I'm able to return to Encino.

Lovely home and

L was a wonderful landlord! Her property is clean and well kept! The neighborhood is quiet and close to a major Highway. Lots of stores near by! I loved my stay there! The room is big for one person and has a private entrance if you wanted to use that or use the main entrance in front of the house. Private bath and access to the kitchen. If I ever needed to stay there again I will.

Outstanding

This property has two units, one integrated in the house with it's own private entrance and a freestanding studio with it's own entrance. This review is for the studio. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, everything in the room is new, clean, and modern. The studio had a fully stocked kitchen and full bath. Unit has it's own AC/Heating unit that is controlled via remote. Studio has it's own entrance and is very private. The host was incredibly kind and friendly and allowed use of the main house for laundry. Location: Close major freeways/transit. Steps away from Lake Balboa park which has great views of the lake and ample walking/biking trails. Transit: Location is close to Orange Line, Balboa, and Ventura bus lines. Street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood. Internet: Had no issues with working via the provided Wifi. speedtest.net results: Download: 62 Mbps Upload: 11 Mbps Ping: 12 ms Thank you for a wonderful stay!
