Loud house guests

I recently stayed here while I was on a travel contract in Fredericksburg. Townhouse and room were super clean and comfortable. The owner is really nice. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately, the last month and a half during my stay, one of the long term guests started to be very loud at night. I worked 12 hr weekend days so when I came home I wanted to sleep but this guest would turn the downstairs tv on (which was directly below my room) at around 10 pm and have the volume all the way up. Very recently, a woman has been staying there with him. They would be very loud until around 1am, talking very loud, playing music in the bedroom across the hall from my room, and again at times he would have the tv super loud. I would have to tell them to keep it down. At one time the woman said why do we have to be quiet for her? Now, I was only there on weekends, Im not sure if its this loud during the week. Just very frustrating and disrespectful.

Great location! House is equipped with everything you need! It is always super clean too! C is literally the best! He replys back in a timely manner and one of the coolest people to rent from. I would recommend this place for sure!

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for 6 months and I have nothing negative to say. Seriously the best people and the best place to stay. Everything you need is nearby and the house is super cozy! I was actually sad to leave! I loved it here so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Perfect for travel healthcare professionals

I stayed at Colins house while traveling as a night shift nurse at Mary Washington hospital. I was able to sleep during the day as noise was kept to a minimum and the bed was very comfortable. Common areas were all neat and well furnished. Kitchen was fully equipped. I told all my friends and family I could not have found a better more affordable living situation!

Great room to rent!

Clean, comfortable, and affordable room to rent in friendly residential neighborhood. The house was clean, well stocked, and welcoming. It was only a short commute to Publix and other shopping centers. C's communication is superb, he is quick at responding to any questions. He is also very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
