This is the best place

I had the incredible good fortune of staying at Dragonfly Flat and meeting Josh and Gretchen! They are kind and caring and want to do everything possible to make you feel welcomed. They went beyond any expectations I might have had to make sure that my stay went well and were extremely accommodating at a stressful time for me. Dragonfly Flat is in a quiet, but very convenient and safe neighborhood. There is very good access to public transportation making it super easy to get to downtown Seattle areas. There is also plenty of on-site parking. The private outdoor space is unmatchable, either for morning coffee in the sun or entertaining guests. There is lush landscaping. The flat was immaculately clean when I moved in and was equipped with everything that I could possibly want and even some things that I did not know that I needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and inviting. Thank you Josh and Gretchen!

Home away from home

I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this place and was heartbroken to have left. We have never felt so at home while being thousands of miles away from home. The apartment is clean, cute, and comes with many amenities. The garden and backyard area is absolutely breathtaking. G & J are excellent landlords and overall good people. You can tell they put their heart and soul into this apartment. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here and would come back again if the opportunity arises.

This is the spot

If you are looking for housing in the area then look no further. The property itself is an amazing two bedroom with great appliances, great internet, awesome amenities, and a great location. All of that should be plenty reason to request to stay here. But to add to it if your mind still hasn't been made up, the owners are amazing people. They were extremely kind, welcoming, resourceful, respectful, and just all around great people. They truly make their house feel like a home to you during your stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the 4ish months we were here and are sad to leave. We would happily move back here if we end up working in the Seattle area again. 5/5 stars!
