Everett review

Had a wonderful stay. The location was super close to my place of work, groceries, Walgreens and the bank. This place has everything you need to live comfortably. Barbara was a very attentive landlord- she was responsive to all communications and very friendly! Thank you for letting me stay here.

Restful Retreat

The apartment is an amazing place to stay. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood of Everett, B the owner is very accommodating and is very communicative in regards to the apartment. The apartment is well furnished with linens, kitchenware and has a lot of utility. I would highly recommend staying here and greatly appreciated B's hospitality.

Great Apartment

This is a great apartment! B was very helpful and made everything about our stay wonderful. She was very accommodating to let us move in a day early and stay a day late which so helpful. She had everything stocked, cabinets available for personal supplies and food. Great closet space and a dresser. The apartment is very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The location is very close and convenient to Providence. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in Everett

The apartment above the garage is perfect for a person want a quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Spacious layout, lots of natural light, and with all amenities needed. B the owner is nice and communicates great. Making it a clear and comfortable process staying at the apartment. I couldnt recommend it enough, it was perfect.

Private with Comfortable bed but Trivial landlord

The apartment is comfortable with kitchen essentials provided. However:- 1. Landlord has a list of everything she has in the house( dustpan,whisk,spoons,socket ) so spend time checking off the items. She texted 30min after checked out about missing washcloth. I had to buy replacement because she claimed she needed to replace the whole set. 2. The couch is small and uncomfortable. 3. Landlord charges $35 a night for overnight guest and overify cameras for it. 4.The apartment is on top of garage if you're overnight staff and light sleeper you might want to look elsewhere. 5. The stairs to the apartment are steep and slippery. (No slip guard on and moldy).Previous tenant slipped and sustained injuries(her admission) 6.The landlord kept my deposit for two weeks even though she had tenant move in immediately after I left. She ignored my inquires about deposit. 7. Be aware landlord is not going to accommodate any changes incase of early contract termination or bereavement issues.

Amazing place

I love this place. It is truly a joy to come home to! Its bright, airy and quiet. I feel safe, its just a wonderful relaxing place, especially when its literally minutes from Prov Everett! No worries about traffic or weather! I extended and Im definitely returning next spring

What a wonderful place! So private, peaceful and clean! B is quick to respond to any questions and even delivers my packages. I love the less than 5 minute commute to Prov Everett! I will definitely return!

Must have for Medical traveler

Stayed here for 6 months while on assignment at Providence Medical in Everett. The place is right around the corner from the hospital and no traffic to get to or from work. The landlord is a sweet women who always brought my mail to my door for me while I wasnt home. The apartment is perfect size and had everything you could need while on assignment. I will book this place again if I ever come back to Everett!!

Charming and bright

This unit is charming and comfortable. Lots of natural light in a quiet neighborhood. Barbara is an attentive and responsive host. I very much enjoyed my time here.

Travel Nurse Dream

I stayed here during my interim position at Providence Regional. It is a great location in a quiet neighborhood about 2 miles from the hospital. It's also less than a mile from Safeway, QFC, and Dutch Bro's coffee. The apartment is above her garage and I had zero issues throughout my entire stay! I'm huge into cooking and she provides all the essentials you'd need to make meals every night. She was quick to respond to my text messages and even brought up all my packages/mail. Overall, this is a great place for anyone who needs an extended stay location. Way better than a hotel!

Nice Place

This is a cute clean little apartment. The location is in a nice neighborhood, that is close to everything. The landlord is warm and friendly and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. It was close to my job and I liked coming in from work, to the pleasant comfortable environment. It feels private and safe. I liked the quiet, residential neighborhood. On clear days you can see the mountains tops out the windows. I like to cook my own meals and had, all that I needed in the kitchen. It is decorated nicely and is a comfortable place.
