Great experience

I had a great experience renting with Kendy for over 2 years!! The bedroom is cozy with lots of storage space (Kendy went above and beyond and added even more for me!) There is a private bathroom to yourself and personal full size fridge and freezer in garage along with large space in the pantry. The house is always clean and it is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house is in a great location- near a lot of stores and also close to highways. Kendy is a great landlord with excellent communication! We turned into friends and even travelled together! I would highly recommend her place to anyone!

perfect stay

As a solo single female traveler I felt like I hit the jackpot with my lodging situation. the room itself was very comfortable and had my own hall bath. The house was clean, neat, and very organized which I loved. The host went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and safe in my new environment. we developed a great friendship over food and the love we have for travel. Communication with the host was a breeze. the property is well maintained with lawn care services. an extra bonus to my stay was having a refrigerator/freezer in the garage that I could utilize. I definitely will be back, highly recommend 10/10 requesting to book this space while needing a room!

Wonderful, Cozy room!

The room was so cozy and comfortable. The host placed items in the room for a homier feel and they were great surprises throughout my stay! Beautiful home decor, and excellent organization throughout the house. Shared great conversations with the host and became good friends :) The host helped make the room and house home away from home and being a student away for rotations, it truly made a difference! The room and house are clean, recycling available, and the house is a smart-house. I got to learn fun things about tech and travel from the host :) The location is great to near hospitals for those in the healthcare field. I was minutes away from Wawa, restaurants, Target, and Publix. The neighborhood is also very nice and warm people. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place! It truly is a Cozy, sunshine room with a cheerful, wonderful host! :)
