10/10 would come back!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Candice and Eric were both SO amazing and super responsive if I had any questions or needed anything. It is in a quiet area, always plently of parking and super close to the metro station and grocery stores. A great place to walk or ride a bike. As a young female, I never felt unsafe during my stay here! Everything was in good condition and up to date! I loved the king size bed and the room was perfect for sleeping during the day when I worked night shift and the blinds kept out any sort of sun light. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here! If I ever come back to DC I would 100% come back here!! If you are questioning whether this is the place for you, this is a sign that it is!

Great stay!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location for approximately 6 months while we completed two 13-week contracts at nearby hospitals. We absolutely loved it here! Everything from grocery stores to restaurants and bars were nearby. We loved riding our bikes around so being close to everything allowed us to enjoy this activity. The place itself is VERY WELL kept. We loved the comfy king size bed and all the appliances were up to date. Also, the owners Candice and Eric were so sweet and very attentive if we needed anything fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in DC. We had no complaints and never had any issues with parking as well as I know that can be an issue in DC. I would rate this property 10/10 and if I ever go back to DC for another contract I would stay here again.
