Kathy is such a wonderful landlord. She is constantly checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This property is in a prime location, especially if you are traveling to work at Tripler or Kaiser Moanalua. TheBus comes up towards the property if you require transportation. Although we would rarely use the AC, it is there as an option if needed. Everything you need for a short-term stay is provided and the layout is perfect and efficient. my favorite home

Kathy was the best auntie landlady I could have ever asked for. She communicated well in the time leading up to my stay & invited me to join her community when I asked her about attending her church. During my contract I had a supportive Hawaii auntie living above me who gave the best recommendations & was SO kind. I loved living in Moanalua -I never needed the AC & only used the fans. Many beaches are only 20-30 minutes (without traffic) & Ala Moana is easy to get to (15 minutes at low traffic times!). It was the perfect distance from Kaiser Moa & the views from the neighborhood are stellar. The apartment itself is clean & functional. It felt like home & made for a good resting place. I would have stayed there forever if my contract would have offered extensions. I miss it already & highly recommend staying in this perfect little abode with the sweetest auntie Ive ever had.

Safe, Cozy and Convenient

The Peaceful Valley studio offers a convenient and comfortable stay. Compact yet efficiently designed, it features all the essential furnishings and amenities needed for a short or extended visit. The kitchenette is well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. Its cleanliness and modern amenities, such as Wi-Fi and a smart TV, add to the comfort. Situated in a good location, it provides easy access to local attractions and public transportation. This rental strikes a great balance between affordability and comfort. K was a wonderful host. She is very kind, respectful and a great communicator.

Home away from home!

This studio had everything we could think of to feel right at home and K is the sweetest! The location was perfect being a short drive to Pearl Harbor, Target, grocery stores, great restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, we'll miss it a lot.

Proceed with Caution

Place is connected to the house not completely separate unit. My initial response was the host reminded me of my grandma, which was nice since I moved to the island alone. The room is as pictured -few minor things no longer there. There were issues with the bugs and cockroaches in room. I stayed I was really trying to please the host being nice but she increasingly invaded my space with "random" pop ups and inspections. I assume she was lonely so I allowed it even though it was crossing many inappropriate boundaries. To the point even my grandma said she didn't like how the host would rudely constantly come in the room not giving me any privacy and make up rules on the spot that weren't in handbook. I never had guest over and hardly had the tv own because I was in school and working. I felt my phone conversations were heard no matter how hard I whisper. I didn't feel any privacy in the home The host doesn't like young people, couples or AC- she told me since I was nice I was different

Wonderful and comfortable stay

K is very kind and welcoming. The studio was furnished with more than what I needed for my stay and was a good, central location with great access to a nearby hiking trail.

Comfortable stay

k place was a comfortable stay for me and my wife. It is very close to Kaiser Permenente Moanalua, it is able to be walked but it can be nearly 35-40 mins. The location is a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The studio has all essentials needed, they are very useable but could use an update to many of the applications. I appreciate my time here as it made my assignment easier.
